Could the third head be the "I rex on a stick?" In Dinosaur at DAK, they have 4 carnotaruses on the ride, 3 of which are used at a given time, with the last reserved for b mode. Perhaps this is what they were referring to? 2 being used in "A Mode" and a backup (head on a stick) for "B Mode?"
I've been seeing a lot of complaints on Twitter and in YouTube comments regarding the timing of the final scene. With the ride being in technical rehearsal, even the TMs are getting used to procedures and familiar with the ride system. The timing of the show program is not the issue here. In...
Great observation. I would be surprised if the I-Rex is in its final form now. Not impressed by it at all so far. You can only see the head as its completely obscured by foliage and it really doesn't fight with the T-Rex.
I certainly hope so because although a great ride, I expected more out of the I-Rex T-Rex standoff tbh... Would anyone have any insight as to whether the I-Rex is in its final form or a B mode? The I-Rex in its current state reminds me of Dinosaur's B mode...
One of my biggest concerns going into this ride was the fear factor of the animatronics. This ride delivers 100%. However, if you took me as a child (who was terrified of dinosaurs and wouldn't go on Dinosaur, JPRA, e.t.c. lol) and let me ride both Jurassic Park: The Ride and Jurassic World, I...
This... 100% agree.
Edit: Side note, does anyone know if the 2nd I-Rex is only the head or does it consist of the entire body? The foliage makes it hard to tell...
Haven't seen a single negative review yet on Twitter from TM previews. Even more exciting, the large majority of reviews mention that this is the new best ride at USH...
On the section of track after the drop? Major problem. If they crashed during the course of the ride (calm river portion, e.t.c) I wouldn't worry about it. That is a common occurrence on shoot the chute rides. However, I believe Hollywood has an advanced. ride system compared to other shoot the...
The braking system does often switch its braking power. The ride originally opened without brakes and instead had a higher water level which would slow the boat down and create a larger splash. Now, the wetness level can be controlled as the track can be raised or lowered with more or less...
