Comcast just announced their 2015 results. Without going into all the details, the 4th quarter revenue from the parks was One Billion vs. $735 Million--up 38.6%. For the year it was 3.3 Billion, up 27.3%. All this bodes well for their continued investment in the parks.

Nice numbers, though they also include some results from the Japan park that was purchased during that period. Excluding Japan, the quarter on quarter revenue percentage was around 17%, which is still pretty impressive. Yes, it certainly bodes well for future investment. With higher numbers it gets tougher to get these huge revenue percentage increases, but they're getting them nonetheless. It shows their business plan is working quite well.

I don't think it will level off in the foreseeable future. Kong, redone Hulk & Sapphire will drive good increases this year. I see Kong becoming a great word of mouth attraction. Next year with VB,Fallon and F&F spread through the year will be even bigger. Then it's Nintendo, maybe Slop, new nighttime shows? , more Potter after that. The only thing that could slow this up would be an economic collapse as drastic as the one in 2008.

Not to mention USJ's 15th anniversary, and USH opening Potter; we will not see a decrease anytime soon. Atleast; unless theres an economic collapse as MD stated.

Also..the HHN25 Numbers, that is a VERY good sign; and I am having a feeling that Both coasts are going to get affected heavily this year, in possibly a upgrade in budget.

Yes, those other two parks will keep those numbers jumping. Japan has had a huge increase since Potter opened two years ago, and with a more competent Universal management now in charge, they'll probably do even better. Universal Hollywood's numbers will be jumping through the roof with Potter opening within weeks and all the other future expansions planned that will convert that small half day park into a full theme park experience. It's hard to believe this is the same theme park operation that was stagnating 7 years ago. Having a good parent company(Comcast) finally, and the good fortune of securing the rights to the money making machine HP, have made a night and day difference. And these extreme expansions are now pushing Disney into some decent future expansions. It's a great time to be a theme park junkie.

To consider this; this is a big year for Comcast; atleast, until 2020 if all that goes as planned.

You have a brand new coaster opening in Japan, a redone coaster coming back in Orlando. A brand new, immersively themed dark ride/area also for Orlando..and then Hollywood, which is going to both benefit and be harmed the most, with the arrival of the Boy Wizard' and that's all for this year.

I am VERY intrigued to what exactly, will occur for when the 2016 Earnings come to fashion, as its going to be..fascinating.

Late May/early June, IIRC.

As Disneyhead said, late May early June. But those are TEA numbers which are just guess estimates, and often not very accurate according to many in the know. Sea World's already sued them in the past for posting inaccurate numbers. Universal, Disney & Sea World do not post official attendance numbers. The closest you can get, to see if attendance is increasing or staying flat, is to look at the revenue numbers on the quarterly reports.

I wonder how much the success of Cabana Bay has helped as well. They have 4200 hotel rooms now at extremely high occupancy, with 1000 more from Sapphire Falls still to come. Not sure if the USJ hotels are actually Universal-owned and operated and folded in here as well.

I think you're right. That's probably a big part of the success story. People staying on site are going to visit longer & spend more than those driving in for the day. The 5 Universal Orlando hotels (I'm including Sapphire) are all operated by Lowe's though Cabana Bay isn't Lowe's branded. This also helps keep attendance up during the slower periods of the year no doubt.
