Disney has filed a patent for using drones as a platform for carrying various special effects. I can definitely see the potential.

I can also see this with mymagic+ as another step towards Skynet. :shh:

Now if they could only get approval to fly them.

From what I hear the FAA may give them flack for wanting to fly these but still maintain the "no fly zone". I had heard at one point that the FAA pretty much said they can't have it both ways.

Good for them. Either an area is safe to fly in or it is not safe to fly in.

We may be seeing these bad boys sooner rather than later. (Sooner as in before my original predicted date of 2021)

Interesting, Intel has come out with it's own drone swarms for uses in lightships:
