Guest Relations

I wanted to add my thoughts about guest relations in the Simpsons thread but i didn't want to completely derail that thread. I went to Guest Relations the other day (studios) to see about upgrading my pass. I don't know why the flex option is so difficult at uni. I did not wait long, but they were unable to help me. They also did not know there was a Starbucks location in the studios...

Im looking forward to the TM Parking garage so I can stop trailing employees out of the theme park and hopefully will see less TM's walking out of their area.
