Watching POVs and talking to a friend who attended; it seems like the mazes this year are extremely cramped (besides DDD and maybe Killcenera... kinda). Even ST5 thats in the soundstage demands some neck turns to truly take in some of the set pieces at times

can anyone confirm or deny I'm going next month

I personally didn't feel that, if anything Killceanera was one that did feel pretty claustrophobic and even then theres 1 or 2 large-ish scenes that I feel like haven't translated well in any of the videos I've seen. I think maybe people have been filming with camera lenses that aren't as wide angle as previous years?

I think it’s just that Killer Klowns is just like, the most fun house ever. Also zero black walls unlike Poltergeist last year, it holds up to 2026 standards far better

Not zero, almost all of the ones that existed in the 2019 version are still there, but they did get rid of 1 section of them so that is a plus.
They put actual jail cells in the scene after the police station which used to be black boo holes, but the Cocoon room, transition from the house to the police station, and the entire final stretch of the maze retain their black walls.

I’ll post my full review soon but that early entry was REALLY clutch. Got inside the park at like 4:00 and knocked out five of the houses before the event even started! I hate to say it, but as long as I only do it once, I don’t hate having to pay for EA as long as the houses are *mostly* staffed and I can speedrun through a lot of the houses. I even got to do Sinners twice with no wait and a solo run through of Hellraiser!

I did end up waiting in line for the last few houses, but really that was on me. Deliberately wanted more time to chill since we got a head start and eat some food.

I'm doing early entry tonight and was wondering, what was your strategy for EE?

I did EA as well

I did stranger things, killer clowns, then went to Hellraiser (twice) and evil dead then Sinners twice into KILLceañera abd then waiting 40 mins for dead deader deadest and then walked into the tram

So everything but Ozzy by 8 pm

Stranger things is letting people Q up over 30 mins before it opens

I talked about this last year, having EA with more houses is a hugeee help with guest flow. I hope this is the trend in future years, it’s going to make HHN so much more fun for many

30ish bucks to get most houses down before the public? Hell yeah Jack

Got inside the park at 4:30 to get my wristband since I’m an APer. They start giving out wristbands at 3:00 inside.

Went straight to ST, went upstairs to do Sinners, then Hellraiser and ED. Did Sinners again and kicked out Killceañera. By the time we got into Kill the event officially started at 6:45.

We went downstairs afterwards but I would advise knocking out the tram as soon as the event starts. We made the mistake of coming back later and ended up waiting over an hour for it.

Also heads up they are letting general guests in around 6:45ish now

Cool for them but does suck doing EA and having the lines get huge before 7 for sinners now

Yeah if people are paying $30 for Early Access they shouldn't open early that kinda sucks.

That's actually how it's been in the past couple years, they want to let people disperse so that when mazes actually open for general ticketholders 15 minutes later its not just a swamp of people all at once.

Technically, if you dont have early entry theyre supposed to make you wait outside the mazes for those 15 minutes but I don't think thats been enforced much since it would basically only apply to the upper lot venues.
My advice would be if you have EA and you miss the 5 PM rush for sinners and thats a first thing priority for you, aim for the sweet spot between 5:45 and 6:30 or so, most people that did Sinners right at 5 have cleared out and moved to H lot or the lower lot, and at 6 even more of them are getting siphoned off by the Killceanera line, so the sinners line gets comparatively short compared to 5 PM or 7 PM

If anyone's done RIP this year (or know someone who has), I'd love to hear about how it went, especially re: Fast & Furious!

I’m doing RIP tonight for my first time ever. Gonna head to the park in about an hour or so; I’ll post all about it tomorrow!

I’m not trying to argue but 15 is hugeeee when it comes to this

It comes down to being able to knock out two more houses

It’s mostly about being in the line before general cones in and especially express which is what really slows downs lines

Go on late night houses and see how no scores people make even long lines become less then 10 mins waits

But anyway mainly giving people a heads up because if your planning to get to sinners at 6:45 you may have a much longer line now then if they didn’t let general in

What has been the experience checking in at Dreamworks for the F & F golden ticket. When does it open to queue up? Big lines? Any clarity around who qualifies (the comms from Uni have been ambiguous)?

This is what I want to know too. I also have Express+Early Access, so wondering how that works as well. Literally nobody has reported on it and its driving me crazy lol

Heads up lines to get a wrist bands are a joke

One line goes to past where Shrek meets the other is halfway down the Main Street you enter

Guess I won’t be starting with stranger things tonight

This is to me really bad especially since it’s raining like we clearly need more areas to get wrist bands then 2 areas with maybe 6 people doing check in

People paid extra and if it eats up your EA time, that’s just bad show
