Help - Planning big group trip

A big group from work - possibly 30-40 people, adults and kids, want to stay at Universal the last week of June. We will mostly drive, and want to get the best rates for parks and deluxe hotels - 4-5 days, 3-4 nights.

How do we begin? Is there a way to get a discounted rate for large groups? What do those big international groups do?

I recommend you talk with a travel agent. They are really useful when organizing the bigger and more complicated trips.
