Terrible name. People are still going to call this the eye.
And it's also not going to get more people to ride it
Holy crap, the wind effect on this is ridiculous.
$13 admission if you walk up with $7 rerides is very reasonable.
Was he holding that GoPro at 60 miles an hour???
The website says 45mph (not 60) which is still insane.
I have no idea if he was holding that or not. If you drop that, you could seriously hurt someone!
Speaking of that, what happens if you unfortunately "lose your lunch" on the ride...?
He uses some sort of armband thing. I would never ride this.
I think the area under the ride is clear and fenced so you are in the building before you board. Not like I will ever find out. This and the slingshot are just no for me
I've done Falcon's Fury, no problem. But this..... nope.
Yeah, that ride is a no for me.
The fact the phone kept recording even after it smashed into the ground from 450 up is insane.
The lawyers are watching with baited breath.
And passing out business cards by the boxload.
and the 'lawers prayer' every night, "Please, let my client be the one that a falling phone hits in the head" ...Cha Ching, Cha Ching
Surprised they didn't add netting around the area.
It only had a scratch on it with no protective case either? Apple could make this video infamous.
Going up that high and swinging at 60 mph - there’s no reason they should’ve ever allowed phones on the ride
Yet my iPhone cracks when I drop it onto a countertop
Haha, I showed my daughtes the video, 3 hours later my 17 year old dropped her phone from waist high. It shattered. She was sooo salty.
