It was recently slated from Warner Bros. Pictures that there is a new superhero film in development, based on the Detective Comics character of Nightwing (Dick Grayson, formerly the original Robin); as it is being developed with The Lego Batman Movie director Chris McKay reportedly in talks to direct.

Nightwing, has been an iconic character to the Batman Lore; for many distinct reasons, including the fact that it uses the afformentioned Dick Grayson into a superhero role that is all to it's own.
