Disney's really getting into the whole monetizing fastpass thing lately...

Here’s a look at the park-by-park FastPass+ bundles offered.

Futuristic and Frightful Fun – Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, Haunted Mansion, and Tomorrowland Speedway

Pint-Size Adventures – The Barnstormer, The Magic Carpets of Aladdin, and Pirates of the Caribbean

Whimsical Escapades – Under the Sea ~ Journey of the Little Mermaid, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and Monsters, Inc Laugh Floor

Epcot
Immersive Explorations – Spaceship Earth, Living with the Land, and The Seas with Nemo and Friends

Delightful Encounters – The Seas with Nemo and Friends, Turtle Talk with Crush, and Journey Into Imagination with Figment

Hollywood Studios
Sensational Stage Shows – Beauty and the Beast, Frozen Sing-Along, and Voyage of the Little Mermaid

Movie-Inspired Entertainment – MuppetVision 3D, Star Tours, and Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular

Animal Kingdom
Prehistoric and Whitewater Thrills – DINOSAUR, Kali River Rapids, and Primeval Whirl

Wild Performances – Festival of the Lion King, Finding Nemo, and It’s Tough to be a Bug

So you aren't really getting many good choices overall. However, it is appealing if you are thinking of buying a one-day ticket anyway since the price is virtually the same. I know these will be popular with those that do buy one day tickets - and Disney will push these specifically - which will only make getting fastpasses harder and make lines longer.

BREAKING: Disney Now Selling 1-Day, 1-Park Ticket With Pre-Selected FastPass+ Experiences - Blog Mickey

What's the point? Once you buy your ticket, can't you just go on the app and make your own?
yep.....just a marketing ploy. Besides the app, they could use the FP stations in the park too. And those fastpasses are always available day of anyway since Disney holds a percentage of FP back day of, for those attractions listed. You could get a better mix doing it on your own. (The only attractions Disney doesn't hold FP back day of is FOP, Navii River, Frozen, 7 Dwarfs coaster, and even those sometimes become available with cancellations)

The selling point is that you automatically get these to your account once you buy the ticket. It's a terrible selling point. But for those that don't know better, it may work.

those choices. :ack:

how close are we to the "preferred fast pass" park ticket - that is $25 more but includes Splash, Thunder, and Space?

Not surprised by this. Disturbed, but not surprised. I do seem to remember reading about this that it is not something that Disney is pushing very hard. Might be sort of a relief valve for those that just don't feel like a spur-of-the-moment one day trip is worth it at Disney anymore.

the Epcot choices are straight trash.

LOL at the stage show fast passes....

5 points for not going super lazy and including Mickey's Phillarmagic as a choice in MK.

Futuristic Fun is the best of the bunch, all three of those rides can have moderate wait times on a busy day. The rest have maybe 1 ride with a moderate wait time, followed by 2 likely walk ons.
