Purchasing Park Tickets + Hotel or Separately?

Hello, I am planning a trip to USO for late February 2016 and noticed 3 day park hopper tickets on universalorlando.com as part of a Hotel + Park ticket package are $218.32 per person. If I look at the purchasing park tickets on their own it is $204.99. Anyone know the cause of this? What am I missing? Thanks in advance.

The difference in price is one is showing before tax and the other has the tax already included. On the website, once you click on CHECKOUT the price of the $204.99 ticket now becomes $218.32.
