I'll be completely honest...I'm expecting a ton from a collab between these two companies
As with any relationship, there will be lots of ups and downs and loopty loops.
Hopefully nobody ends up dead in a ditch, like my ex wi..........I mean, RMC....Does anyone think that Mark Rose is helping out with this project? How involved is he in the parks still?
Hell yes he is. And even better than that Brian Morrow can’t bedazzle it up this time around. Expect a total statement piece with this coaster.
I have mad respect for Mark...I did enjoy Cobra's Curse which Marrow was involved in
Mark better be involved with this coaster! If this is one of his last projects before he retires in a few years I want him to go all out with this coaster because he deserves it and hes done so much to the park in 30 years, and BGT is very grateful for him. He's also one of the biggest fans of Gwazi and Im sure he wants to fix this ride and get it back the glory it once had when it opened. This park has a tradition with breaking records for their coasters so well see what records they go for next year!
Between this and the new Intamin at BGW, I don't know which park is getting the better addition next year! Glad to see them starting work on both so early though.
I've said it before, but it's worth repeating...I am so happy to see movement with Gwazi
I swear the more they take away, the more I wonder wth they're gonna do with the layout. There's just so much that could happen with it. lol
Gwazi progress. 2/10/19 aerial : rollercoasters
Busch Gardens will kick off their 60th celebration in style on Friday March 1st, with the park open until 9pm. Special events include:
-Announcement on the future of Gwazi
-Shayna Steele concert
-Florida Orchestra appearance
Thanks to Touring CentralFlorida!
BGT doesn’t need to wait because they know they’ve got the best thing coming in 2020
Interesting tactic to announce it in early 2019.
Yup. I think an RMC or hyper coaster is the only thing to get me back to Busch Gardens.
I like the idea of announcing it now. They'll probably pump up Tigris in the build up and then drop the news about Gwazi. It allows them to pimp two things at once essentially and they still have the Tigris opening as another event and overall, it just lets people know that there's another coaster coming next year and that Gwazi is finally gonna be put back into action.
And a RMC isn't just some small announcement either, that's big news for the coaster community at-large.
Talk about making a play like that for the case of RMCGwazi.
What else is coming in 2020 that will even compete with this? Isn’t it just SWO’s launch and UOR’s JP coaster.
