I’m not suggesting they just put BTTF The Ride back, I’m suggesting they level the current ride and a lot of the other buildings and do a completely new BTTF ride.

With Minion Land dominating the left hand side, the Studio Tour plaza earmarked to be used for future developments (as per the Evolution Plan), and Simpsons being on borrowed time; Back To The Future getting anything other than that of a Studio Tour element (or headlining FFN as a "Fixture") would be infeasible. It's why I genuinely wondered on Supercharged for a second due to Len's comment; considering the nature of what Supercharged was for Orlando.

I love BTTF--I love it with all my heart; but USH doesn't have the space for it.

Also, is it just me who really feels it should be an iconic live action movie replacing Simpsons? Pokémon or HTTYD would be great for the lower lot, but IMO the Simpson’s area is some of the most premium land in the whole park and needs to represent Universal Hollywood as an overall park.

The main two areas of most important premium space, is that of the Soundstage cluster of Soundstage 15-24; and the combined space of Studio Tour Plaza and Springfield. The former especially, if they can reroute the main road behind SS15 and SNW to take the old mill and post production facilities as part of giving that space as much of a potential gain as it could.

Studio Tour Plaza + Springfield in comparison, is equally as much of a important combination. It serves as the supporting exit for one of their major "Dead End" areas with Hogsmeade, serves as the main entrance for the Studio Tour (*Currently*), and has dedicated bathrooms that were renovated when they did FFB/Springfield in 2015. Not to mention, it is home to one of the Upper Lot's major attractions with The Simpsons Ride, an attraction that is using the bones of a 30+ year old ride system and living the life that it has until the time runs out.

Once Springfield and The Simpsons Ride goes, it is going to curate a vaccum especially in the sake of the current infastructure of the Studio Tour Plaza. Once Simpsons goes, Studio Tour is likely going to be faced with the pressing need to deal the hand of serving as a core infastructural hub in the short term for ADA Shuttle Drop-off/pickup, and be the only main attraction in that corner of the park (unless if they relocate the Studio Tour plaza to begin with, which I think is happening).

That would be pointless when the actual BTTF Courthouse Clocktower (and Town of Hill Valley) exists on the backlot. Also Doc Brown never had a "lab" outside of the former ride created "Institute of Future Technology".

The people crave one thing, and that's Doc Brown's Chicken.

Asking out of the element of curiosity, I imagine you can't quite answer this either but I am going to ask it out of curiosity.

Might the Supercharged replacement be ready by the Summer event? Asking as there is one idea I am wondering of with the potential Supercharged replacement (*especially with how little is actually being worked on externally*).

Didn't someone state that the Supercharged replacement was between E.T. and BttF a while ago?
If Brian is saying BttF is out, maybe E.T. is coming back to USH via the tour?
(Maybe, if only, to make Spielberg happy again)

Uni should do a tribute to their history in place of Supercharged. ET, Jaws, BTTF, Apollo 13, etc.

Just give me a more immersive version of the end of The Great Movie Ride.

Honestly, it'd be the best solution for the existing former attraction spot. Retheme the exterior to resemble an elaborate "Universal Pictures Film Vault"

The magic of the movies pulls you in with iconic film scores including the Universal fanfare. If we aren't in tears, they failed their task.

Throw in Kong there too might as well. I know he's already on the Studio Tour but wouldn't hurt to have an animatronic of him there somehow lol. Kong, BTTF, E.T, Jaws, Ghostbusters, Universal Monsters, they should all be there

Universal doesn't own Ghostbusters. USF attraction doesn't count.

Bruce Almighty (2003) – The monkey scene alley was filmed on the Universal Studios lot, between the King Kong Encounter and the rear of the New York Street sets. You can spot the exhaust air vent in the background of those shots.
