This is the actual audio used from the King Kong (Encounter) attraction on the World Famous Studio Tour at Universal Studios Hollywood in Universal City, (Los Angeles) California used from 1985 - 2008.

Thanks for posting! I could picture the motions and movements in my head. Gosh I miss the old banana breath.

Not gonna lie, some of the roaring sounded kinda comical....

Yes, the LaserDisc was how the original attraction ran. There were at least 6 players for audio/video/time code and control of the attraction. Later (2003-ish) the attraction received an upgrade to a DVM and all the audio/video was file based.

^ that's cool news! I never knew that it was upgraded to a file system, I always figured it was left alone as a Laserdisc based attraction.
