I didn't find a thread searching for the interesting flora that is found at Universal Resort.

Well, like a new cat toy, I had to go and figure it out. Thank goodness I am good at it as I had never heard of it before!

The oddest common name... I thought it was of the yucca family, but it is not. It is called a SCREW PINE Pandanus utilis or close. It appears a palm but it is not, nor is it a conifer. It has aerial roots which were not shown in the pic.

The fruit is reportedly edible and ripens a bright orange.
