Hi there , we are heading to Universal studio Japan next month but am having issues booking tickets via the universal studio website and using different credit cards. Is someone able to help with the solution ?? Thanks in advance

The usual advice I hear is to try using Klook to buy tickets if your non-Japanese credit cards aren't working. I've bought Universal Singapore tix from them before and the experience was great.

Sorry to hear you're having issues booking tickets. Maybe try calling the Universal Japan ticket office directly for assistance during their business hours. Sometimes purchasing over the phone can help work out payment problems. Hope you're able to get it sorted and have a great time at the park next month!
