Hey, my wife and I are power pass AP holders, next heading to Universal in early Feb 2016 for 2 weeks. I wanted to know if anyone on here has had any personal experience of whether it is possible to upgrade our passes in advance to Premier Passes, either by phone or online?
I'm hoping to get an upgrade on our room at Cabana Bay at check-in (which the premier passes can hope to expect), but we will be arriving after the parks close, so won't be able to access either guest service office beforehand.
I'm expecting that this probably isn't ultimately possible, but would be delighted if anyone can advise otherwise, or offer another solution. Thanks in advance!
