Let’s try to stay out of the weeds of the actual court case. That has a tendency to go off the rails.

@Michael S is right, I’m sure Comcast is keeping an eye on it depending how it goes. Marvel waited until a guilty verdict was reached to act on Majors.

Well, the new coaster probably doesn’t feature any of the actors outside of maybe queue/pre show videos or potential audio on the coaster. It would be easy at this stage to make changes to the plans if they involved him. Supercharged, however… that would not be an easy fix to try to remove him from the attraction if that’s decided. I imagine the parks folks are keeping a close eye on this story and its developments.

I always though they'd be getting rid of Supercharged for a new Tram experience within the next decade anyway. Don't want to confuse GP asking for the F&F ride by offering them two F&F experiences.

I’m like 90% sure it’s gone after 2024.

On Supercharged in USH

If say it was taken away....why not next year with the rumored 60th Refurb of the ride?

Unless the 60th is just new paint and no new videos/narratives

The Studio Tour definitely needs an update. Jimmy Fallon doesn't even look like that anymore. lol

But I was at USH on a Saturday and I was surprised to see them so hard at work on this. No idea how it's going to work but... Throw us off a cliff if you must.

Yeah, I imagine a similar situation to when they had the old Mummy haunted house (permanent) and the Mummy coaster opening, closing the former around the time the latter was opening. If Supercharged was more like Extreme Close Up then it would probably stay, but since they advertise it as a highlight of the tour, having both in close proximity would probably be not in their best interest. Would also give them a quicker way to add something new in the future rather than a brand new ride somewhere in the park during an off year.

I wanna put my mod hat on and echo @Nico that we shall refrain from discussing anything specific about the case at the moment, as this is a thread for the new attraction. Everyone’s been doing a great job here keeping this on topic, though, and I’m happy to see it!

Curious if that's the coaster load station in the back or just Duff Gardens?

From what I can gather, I'm pretty sure that's the loading station but it's hard to tell lol.

I believe it’s the load station when looking at a brighter version of the photo - the two doors on the right might be the ones to the maintenance bay and the opening in the middle could be the one from the main duel loading station.

Based off the plans I’ve seen, it looks like the load building/maintenance bays.

What's even more weird is we get just as excited when they take them down as we do when they put them up. Taking them down means one step closer to opening.

The cranes have been here at least since December 21 as that's when I headed down there for a visit.

Well my profile picture is literally me in a condor crane on set of The Flash… I get pretty excited about cranes even when they’re not for an attraction :lmao:

For anyone wondering, they were also there for the Grinchmas media day in early December. Things are definitely moving along at a good pace.

I should be back to the park the week of New Year’s for a photo update, so stay tuned for that on the site for more construction photos!
