Be careful. When I hit the review site my McAfee shut it down saying it was an infected site.

This holds for a lot of rides honestly, and it's how I try to judge most rides.

Tbh theres very few rides i would wait for 2 hrs for. That doesn’t mean the ride is bad I just wouldn’t wanna wait 2 hrs. Almost no ride is really worth that unless its the first time obviously.

Oh I totally agree - it's just how I measure/rank the truly great ones.

Cat in the Hat at IOA is fun but I'd never wait more than 10 minutes for it lol

Here is a better POV.

The indoor scene still looks...not good.

It looks good in this POV:

I think to the human eye it won't be that bad because our eyes adjust less quickly to the dark then cameras and this is why people who have rode it say it is pretty dark. In fact, it might actually be even more visible at night because our eyes are already adjusted to the dark.

JFC, why couldn’t they have just themed those walls to make it’s look like we’re in a cave or something? they literally have a random prop crystal there…

Okay, I'm gonna be honest: the queue looks kind of bad. The Cranky AA is great, and I'm really happy it's there. Outside of that, it looks like DK themed Taco Bell. Like, maybe I'm just spoiled due to Indiana Jones (or even Mummy) but it feels so flat, textureless. It doesn't look like the inside of a temple. The ceiling fans aren't helping (which I ask, why isn't just fully indoors?). I really don't know what they we're going for here, maybe it feels different in real life. But with the average parkgoer waiting 2+ hours for this, the queue seems like a bore to be in.

That's some really subpar work in that tunnel scene.

And I don't get it, because the rest of the on-ride experience is up to the standard I'd be expecting. To suddenly have this black, industrial, unthemed hallway with odd angular corners and fixtures is bizarre.

Again, I hope it looks much better to the human eye in person, but yikes.

Yeah the queue definitely looks pretty barebones. The ride should be fun, and the 2nd POV above definitely shows a better idea of what the indoor scene actually looks like.

Yeah the newer POV helps a lot more. The queue just doesn’t look great and I kinda wish there was more to the interior scenes.

The queue is painfully bad, especially when compared to Mario Kart. Yikes, gonna be a rough few hours in there.

It is genuinely a bummer that, lighting or no lighting, the show scenes are Incredicoaster-level quality. I really did not expect Seven Dwarfs to come out looking like a better ride here.

Yeah, I'm disappointed by the limited motion of the figures on the ride as much as the very lightly themed tunnel. Ride experience looks pretty fun, though.

That queue would look better if they could block the natural light somehow (e.g., keep louvered panels to retain natural air but block light) to make the area very dim. Then use colored spotlights, gobos/light stencils, and projections to give the area interest and playfulness. And the overall dim lighting will hide the boring monochromatic environment, unattractive ceiling and fans, etc. The whole area could slowly change color theme, lots of potential to make the multi-hour wait more pleasant.
