I know it would be every Potterhead's dream if Flourish and Blotts sold actual replicas of Harry's textbooks and such. But I doubt they will. I'd settle for blank journals with replica covers, especially the potion book, and Lockhart books.

Well, HTF did say that J.K Rowling has created some original content for the parks. So I think it's quite possible we're getting something along the lines of textbooks referenced in the books.

That and she did put out a lot of new info on Pottermore, so how amazing would it be if they compiled some of this info and created more companion books like Fantastic Beasts and Quidditch Through the Ages?! That would be totally awesome!!!

Originally, she was going to write a book with all of the back stories, etc. She did Pottermore instead. I know which one I'd prefer.

There will be stairs within Flourish and Botts :look:

Also Building 65 is so large due to 3 Showrooms, interior highly themed queue, loads of storage, and the full shop as well.

I don't think Pottermore completely replaced the so called Scottish Book. It better not have... I'm waiting for it to come out some day, though I understand it may not be soon, but still... I want my Scottish Book!

Am I correct to think that these are 2 different shots of the same facades? In which case WWW in first picture is actually part of Ollivanders?

Edit: thanks Reel

You probably deleted the last part or the picture's URL, but either way, I remember the pic that TheLastAshen posted and well, yes and no, what we saw in TLA's picture showed more of what's between the entrance and WWW. F&B was there, but it was much further back. Remember from the entrance to Diagon Alley you have Leaky and whatever is in front of it, then a street where you can make a right at WWW, and once you passed that street you have the building with F&B and Ollivanders. For further reference, the street I'm talking about is the one under the brigde.

Yeah I deleted the .jpg and /IMG part and didn't realize it, yeah I see what your saying now. At first glance of most recent it looked to similar to TLA's pic

With a good enough throw straight up, you may never have to 'get to the chopper' again.

^ The problem is getting the shots in the narrow alleys. If you want to give it try, go ahead.

Funny you mentioned the chopper as I was contacted about this today by a key player. Might be setting something up soon.

Yes, these are two shots of the same facades. Ollivanders is marked correctly. the ? is actually Flourish and Blotts. Where they have weasleys marked will probably be a fake storefront for Wiseacres. There might be a Florian Fetiscues there as well. There is one there on the film/studio tour version. Of course, they might reorder their locations, but F&B, Ollivander, WWW and gringotts all seem to be in their proper spots. And based on all of that Weasleys should be off to the right of the ? in the pic.

Oh, you are right! I take back my previous post here. I guess once again the angle / perspective fooled me, and the buildings look closer than they are. Looking specifically at the wall and window framings, it looks like you are totally right and WWW is closer to us, to the right, and out of frame in TLA's pic. That also solves the mystery of the window frames' color; they weren't for WWW but for whatever is to the left of F&B

Perhaps it will be during the events of Deathly Hallows, and we will witness everything from a different perspective? However, that seems unlikely considering Gringotts was basically in Voldemorts pockets at that time, and I doubt he would be up for Muggle tour groups.

Maybe some goblins get mad at the muggles for entering the bank vaults and release a dragon or shake things up themselves :stunned:

Just wanted to say, that if you want to come next year from afar for DA you may want to book sooner rather then later. I understand from a couple of senior travel industry reps. here down under that they are making strong bookings for Universal already on the back of the extension. Especially July-Oct window.

Isn't this poster a bit misleading? Or have I missed something and will there actually be an entrance where you enter Diagon Alley like Harry did in the movie?
It would be very impractical.
