So I'm at the park today and in line for MIB when the ride goes down. I stayed in line for about twenty minutes, then left. I get out and headed to Simpsons...also down! I walked across the bridge to find Disaster ALSO down! I finally said forget it and headed to the park exit...and find the Rockit down too! What is going on today?

Over at Islands Spider-Man is down too. I'm just not having much luck today.

(I didn't even realize it was the 13th!)

They seem to always have issues with at least one attraction every time I go too.

Out of all the times I've been to Universal, I can't recall more than one attraction down at any given time. That's why what I encountered today really surprised me. I've dealt with that happening at Disneyland and the Magic Kingdom, but never Universal.

Oh well, here's hoping things are all back to normal.

^Disneyland seems to be the worst about broken rides...I swear either rides there go down multiple times a day or I'm just bad luck.

I must have great luck at Universal. I've never seen a screen down.

Any park can a have a bad day. A few weeks ago, I too had a rough one at Universal. After Twister broke down while we were in the show room, and had to be escorted out, Transformers was down, as was Mummy. It sucks, but luckily I have an AP, and wasn't too upset over it.

When I went to IOA last week Spiderman was closed, then when it opened it was acting up, no sound in the beginning of the ride, then sound began working again but it was out of sync, then at the drop at the end the RV did not turn properly to face the screen, then it did turn, then the screen went dead, then the RV began shaking oddly, someone sitting behind me actually got scared ... but I loved it lol :)

The Spider-Man situation happened to me in January. I was then given a second ride, but then it happened again! However, in the next visit (a few weeks ago in February), it was back to normal.

I dont think there is a ride that is down more than Men In Black. Back in December when I went I got stuck on it when it went down. Then in January when I went Transformers went down when I was in line so I went to MIB and it too went down while I was in line.

FJ is the only ride I've had any serious issues with. Twice I've had it break down while waiting in line (including when I took my girlfriend for her first ride) and once it broke down while I was riding it for like a minute.

I did have Spider-Man act weird once, the final screen with Spidey saying good bye was off sync with sound and the picture went out while sound was still going.

This. I dont think Ive ever, in the hundreds of times Ive ridden it, waited in line for Rockit without hearing "May I have your attention please...we are experiencing a brief delay in out operation" yadda yadda yadda. I love the thing, but it seriously has to work out its kinks.
