It was blurry so hard to tell how good it really looked, but it certainly looked polished. Looked like a 3rd person action RPG. Mass Effect-esque, I guess.

Are we sure it's them? (I didn't watch the vid so my apologies)

One guess as to who is making it I'd have is Rocksteady: owned by Warner Bros., already handled one of the biggest IPs in an open world setting and I don't know what they're currently working on.
