Death at Contemporary

Looks like there was a death at the Contemporary that is being investigated. Looks like suicide. Very sad when this occurs. Both for the person that did this as they had serious untreated mental issues and for the people who witnessed it, especially the children.

It's so sad to hear of stories like these...I can't even put in to words. It is truly sad when death becomes the only way of relief...I hope and pray the family and those affected will find peace and comfort.

Yes, when searching for news stories I saw one out there from 2014 where an employee did this.

No, that the design of the building is so where if someone felt inclined to do jump, it's not hard to find a spot.

First, lets keep this civil everyone. Depression and suicide are huge issues in America, a society where mental issues are meant to be isolated and "worked out" personally.

Second, Jim Hill does have good information based on such security or other issues as @scott_walker posted above. The episode is melancholy but worth a listen.

Mental health help is not great anywhere in the world it seems
