I though the car was going to the maintenance bay....but do you know what happened to the car they used on the opening day?

The original ride vehicles were scrapped when they changed ride systems. The image above shows a vehicle parked before one of the load stations as it appears they’re only running one load platform that day.

But the original version is still there under the current track

The original structure is, yes, but the old ride vehicles can't run on it and have been scrapped.

Quick question there is what appears to be a white plane nose behind MIB what is it from?

It's been there longer it might have been taken when they remove props for HHN

The ride didn’t open with IOA. It was planned to open with the park but ultimately didn’t open til 2006 under the new gimmick.
