hey i was wondering if anyone can answer this question On Earthquakes wiki it says

the attraction was based on several films including E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, U-571 and Earthquake.

How is this possible?

The preshow featured several miniature models of film props from those movies...the mothership from ET, the sled from The Grinch, the sub from U-571, and a model of a destroyed city inspired by Earthquake.
