So much of this ride experience will vary based on the position of the ride vehicles when they go through the element. And theoretically no two rides will be exactly the same based on weight distribution in the vehicle.

Guys, I still can't comprehend that this ride is coming to Hollywood. Like, this is really happening.

Like wdym USH about to probably get a top 10 coaster? Wdym it's in California? This, Ghostrider and Twisted Collosus all being less than an hour apart (WITHOUT TRAFFIC) is crazy to think about.

Actually, I thought the spins were supposed to be set (like Guardians of the Galaxy in Epcot), and not free spinning. That way, they can direct the screams away from local housing & residential and minimize noise.

More shots of the more complete looking tracks over the starway. Can't wait to see how this looks in person on my next visit.

Also, regarding track similarity, granted I still haven't gone to Orlando, I think the sightlines are gonna distract a lot from whatever beats they seem to be reusing from Velocicoaster. I'm still very excited for this.

Are those tracks leading into the station going to be covered/themed at all? Seems kinda bare just having them out in the open like that.

and now we see a ton of people online start rumors this ride will open by the end if the year

I keep trying to settle people down but I see a few making rumors it will open soon then expected but I know from this site, the testing will be long so it’s most likely not Hellen unless it’s like AP previews at the very end of the year but yeah, no idea why some people just make up that this ride is ahead of schedule and getting people hyped for nothing

About similarities… the hillside portion reminds me of Veloci's spaghetti bowl. Since it's out in the open I guess you could call it a spaghetti plate? The cool thing to observe is the difference in the supports between Orlando's coaster and this, probably due to earthquake-proofing as well is how much heavier the RVs might be.

This coaster is gonna be crazy fun! Can't wait to see the inevitable Veloci vs F&F coaster debates.

There's probably a reality where the ride softs in December, but yeah, I don't see a grand opening this year.

Agreed but it’s going to be frustrating watching people claim it’s opening this year and get mad at USH when it doesn’t

I mean, USH has said all along this was going to open in 2026. So if anyone expects this to open this year, it's their own fault for not paying attention.

I do think there could be a possibility of softs by the end of the year, but over the years I've learned to expect nothing, and just be pleasantly surprised if something does happen.

Is there any word yet on whether the hillside is going to have any theming amidst the track route, or just (presumably) trees, etc.? I know there’s not that much you can do with environmental theming for F&F like you can Hagrid’s or Velocicoaster, but it would be cool if there’s at least something unique along the way.

I don’t want to give out estimates on when I think softs could happen since I’ll get obliterated for even taking about this when the coasters only halfway built at this point, but I will say this: We have Will something to look forward to after HHN! This will make post haunt season-depression that much more enjoyable lol

I can't wait for this to be open DURING HHN. It'll definitely help with crowds big time

I don’t want to give our hopes up but if and I mean IF they haul it with construction and testing….boy it would be great to have this thing I softs during HHN this year. That will help with crowds for sure!

^While I have no specific insights, I wouldn't get your hopes up for that (as fun as it would be). While things are going up fast, there's still a crap load of stuff that still remains... and that's even before we talk about the presumed months of testing.

That’s totally fair, which is why I prefaced it with the “don’t give your hopes up statement”

I personally think Late Nov/early Dec softs are possible, but even I’m willing to acknowledge that’s *extremely* optimistic. At least we will have something to look forward to after HHN!

There's definitely going to be a period of time where they're going to be programming the rotation of the vehicles to get them just right.

That also got me thinking: Are we going to see dummies with speakers simulating screams on the ride when they get to testing? I know they were doing some audio testing before construction but this popped into my head and I find the idea somewhat amusing.
