First Trip to Universal-Jurassic World opening?

Hello,
Our family of four have planned a Universal/Disney Trip March 1st-March 8th,2019. We are planning 3 days at Universal to begin our vacation. My son and I are Jurassic fanatics . You can imagine how disappointed I was to learn that the ride is closed for renovations.
Does anyone know when the ride is set to reopen and what, if any Jurassic attractions are currently available?

Hey there!

Just making sure - your trip is to Hollywood, correct? If so, Jurassic World is expected to be open by Summer 2019; so you'd be missing it sadly.

If it's Orlando - Jurassic Park River Adventure has no plans of closure at this time.

They usually do a refurb in January so it should be looking good for your trip
