Furius Baco Restraint Snaps - PortAventura

Screamscape: (9/3/12) Something odd took place at Furious Baco at PortAventura on Friday that resulted in the ride being shut down for the day. A Screamscape reader was at the park when it happened and reported that one side of the shoulder restraint on a seat in the front row appears to have broken in half on a rider during a ride. They were able to get close enough to the station to shoot a video of the broken restraint as well. We don’t know quite how this happened, though I don’t think I’ve ever seen a restraint break in this fashion before either.
