I am looking for info on the character breakfast at IOA with the Grinch. I've seen that they begin the breakfast on select days (usually the weekend) with starting times beginning at 8. Do they let guests in that do not have early park access to the 8am reservation? Trying to figure out our plans for December and was really hoping to fit this in
