I loved stranger things season 5 and truly hope to see it come to horror nights this year. and have loved the houses they've done of it since s1. while watching the goo scene with nance and johnothan i thought "this would make a great scene in a house"

further, universal needs to remind netflix why they should never trust six flags with their properties ever again

Why anyone trusts Six Flags with anything is beyond me. XD

It is interesting that FNAF2 didn't appear on the spec map actually.

I'm glad to hear that we're getting back to a 5/5 split as well - I think that's the best way to do it.

Would love to see the Dead Coconut Club goes old school Uni monsters like a few years ago. That was sooooo good.

I’d love for them to do the movie motif Revenge of the Dead Coconut Club but with Slaughter Sinema represented. Just taking bits and pieces from the various movies. Also, both Slaughter Sinema houses are my favourite HHN houses so I am biased

I need to vent just a bit - but why are so many people still unfamiliar with the layout of the HHN schedule?

A friend of mine, who has visited HHN multiple times, is afraid to book a hotel for the fall until they put out the exact dates.

Rule of thumb - if you book 7 days in September/October, you can guarantee at least 4-5 possible HHN days in that timespan lol

TBF - it’s a sizable investment and I imagine most people want absolute certainty they’re not booking a span of nights that includes a one-off night where there’s no event. Or, like me, I’m not going to spend a week in Orlando—it’ll maybe 3-days late September. During that period, you don’t know if the starts Wednesday each week or Thursday. There is ALWAYS the potential for weird shifts and, for people trying to maximize, they need certainty.

It's why I'm against buyouts for special events and the regular parks in general. Imagine spending a good chunk of change to visit the resort, and the parks close early on a Friday or Saturday for a corporate buyout or Orlando Informer event.

Same with HHN, imagine booking 4 nights in advance, only for Universal to sell a buyout on an event night.

I'm not a fan of everything Disney does, but they do a absolutely fantastic job in getting ahead of the calendar and locking down promotions and offerings wayyyyy in advance to make people feel comfortable booking.

Absolutely understand if it's only a 1 to 2 night trip for sure!

But for a full week, definitely not lol

Yes....especially the now too numerous Orlando Informer events. It wasn't bad when there were only one or two a year, but now they
pop up all over the year and the early closings due to them put a dent into the regular tourists' vacations. Plus, the hotels they give a
discount to, often jack up their regular rates since so many rooms are occupied with the real short stay OI people.

Can confirm on this - we went for a long weekend in December and only realized it was the weekend of an OI meetup when we booked it. Hotel prices were WAY higher than usual.

Yes, it's a shame it plays out that way. A weekend that should have decent hotel rates doesn't. The regular longer vacation tourists get screwed
so they can give the OI people big hotel discounts, on a weekend yet.

Those three have been rumored the most. Stranger Things and Sinners have also gotten some mentions, but not as much and not as confidently as the others.
