My guess would be that as they have been running the ride for tests, they discovered some stress to part of the track or support that has to be adjusted.

I have no idea about Guardians, but considering Disney's latest Marvel projects I'm prepared for some disappointment
A Disney project will always overshadow everything else, no matter how good the non-Disney project is.
It's worth noting that the official Iron Gwazi POV has been removed from BGT's YouTube page. Reuploads by other channels are still online, but the original is gone for now 
Pretty soon they are going to have a David Cooperfield special where he makes IG disappear.

I wouldn't read too much into the video being gone. It said it was opening in Spring 2021 in big bold letters and now that it's about to be Summer they probably wanted to eliminate any confusion on their official channel, so they took it down. My guess is they'll reupload it soon with the same old Anticipated Opening 2021 text we all love so much.
