Yesterday I was watching Tim Tracker's video on IoA, and this tribute got my attention. At first I tought it was Kirby, but I went back on the video and it clearly wasn't. Googled to see who it was, but only found out it wasn't there before, and nothing reporting on it being added. I went back one last time and saw that it had written: "All Hail Doctor Doom. 1929-2019".
Found out it was Jospeh Sirola, voice actor of the 60's Doom, that passed away earlier this month.

Does anyone know if he was the voice actor on the ride? It got me curious but I couldn't find anything on who voiced Doom on the ride(the closest were two posts here, from July last year, trying to guess who).

No, it is Neil Ross, because his tempo is close to what is heard in Fearfall.
