May 2014 Orlando (Universal Studios)

I'm planning to go in May 2014 to Universal Studios Orlando. I was hoping if someone could advise me what the best day is to go so that the park is not crowded. We're going in the range of May 11 - 23.

We're also visiting Islands of Adventures, Disney Studios and Disney Magic Kingdom, but the priority for the least crowded day is on Universal Studios.

Stay away from Memorial day weekend (26th) and Mothers day (11th) possibly also. We have had good luck with the first weekend in May

I agree with Mike, avoid the 23rd and that Memorial Day Weekend, but the rest of the month should not be too busy. You might want to go on a weekday when it should be slower, but you might also want to go on a Saturday and enjoy Mardi Gras and a concert. Hopefully the full line-up for Mardi Gras will be announced soon and that might persuade you to pick a certain date. Either way, May is not too crazy busy, so you should have a good time :thumbs: And who knows, you might catch a Diagon Alley preview!
