I think this article has it right.

Eagle-Eyed Fans Think They've Spotted The First 'Switch 2' Image In New Satisfye Trailer

Hmm, we're not sure about that

It’s fun to speculate but I’m good now and not really so antsy about it. We’re going to see it sometime in the next 3 months though I’m betting on January or February.

It looks exactly how it did in every previous leak… which is to say exactly like a Switch OLED but bigger with bigger joy-cons and one new mystery button.

I’m honestly not that excited for the look of the hardware anymore, but the leap in power is going to be the biggest Nintendo has seen in a long, LONG time. After 8 years of the Switch, I’m so ready for a brand new 3D Mario, Mario Kart, Animal Crossing, Smash Bros., Donkey Kong, hopefully Luigi’s Mansion, ETC.

I'll enjoy it

But do hope it has power....because cool if they want to have a system for 8 years but if they aren't doing mid power upgrades would like a system that can run Marvel Rivals and other next gen cross play games at least

I highly doubt that was the Switch 2 in that promo. Most likely they just mocked something up to show their new product. I doubt nintendo would give these 3rd party companies a switch 2 before they announce it. They may have given them product dimensions to create their grip, but even that i am unsure of. Wouldn't surprise me if they pulled the ad quickly to get more attention on their product.

I could be wrong but most leaks in the past have been because of third party devices

In case there was any doubt, here’s yet another accessory company leaking the design. This is like the fifth or sixth identical design leak, it’s safe to say that we pretty much know exactly what the Switch 2 looks like. The only real mystery left is what the new “C” button does

The screen is gonna be 8 inches, which is insane… for reference the Steam Deck is 7.4 inches and that thing is huge. I really hope the joy-cons are bigger and more ergonomic, the originals are just abysmal.

I’m definitely getting the same vibes as the Eurogamer leak of the first Switch. Anyone who saw that leak wasn’t surprised when we saw the first trailer. The only thing we didn’t have were actual photos and the name, just descriptions and drawings based on them. We even had the power of the device which we have this time as well (between PS4 Pro and Series S).

It doesn’t look any more ergonomic than the first Switch which is a true shame. I absolutely LOVE the Steam Deck far more for handheld play.

It’s crazy how the Steam Deck looks so huge but is so unbelievably comfortable and premium feeling. Nintendo has never been good with ergonomics unfortunately, the most comfortable thing they’ve ever made is the GameCube controller and the Wii U gamepad which ironically reminds me a lot of the Deck.

The Switch Pro Controller is pretty nice to me as well. Never had the Wii U one but I know it at least had an insane battery life due to using the same exact battery as the GamePad.

Something cool to think about: with The Game Awards now over, the reveal of this console is now undoubtedly the next thing big thing to happen for the industry barring any surprises.

This is the worst kept industry secret at this point. It'll probably take a GTA VI style leak for Nintendo to just go ah screw it and finally release it themselves.

Rumor: Chinese manufacturers may have leaked Switch 2 accessories

At this point, we may know more about Nintendo’s next console from everyone except Nintendo. The company is still slated to reveal the successor to the Switch within the next few months. However…

Agreed, I've been pleasantly surprised how well the Steam Deck feels in the hands, Valve definitely cooked on that aspect and that's a good factor why it's become my main handheld.

As for the Switch, I'm more prone to using the Pro Controller which is honestly nice. I just wish the Joy Cons were as nice to entice the handheld aspect more.
