Orlando Polar Bear Plunge at Ice! 2013

Hey guys, no personal connection to the event other than having gone the past 3 years, but this is a blast for a good cause. You run through the 9-degree Ice! exhibit wearing nothing but a bathing suit. (Yeah, it's cold.) Best part is, for only $18.99 your ticket lets you go back through again later in the day, fully clothed. So go through twice for less than the price of normal admission. Then a portion of the proceeds go to charity, so win-win.

Doors open at 7 a.m. on Sunday, December 8; they generally have coffee and danishes. Run starts at 7:30.

Again, the event is a lot of fun, if you're local or will be in town, well worth a Sunday morning.
