Pictures of Rocko at USF?

In the '90s, Nickelodeon Studios at Universal Orlando had Rocko from Rocko's Modern Life as a meetable character. He can be seen in this video:

Rocko is my favourite Nicktoon. What I want to know is when he started and stopped meeting guests. He can be seen with Dag in a picture that I presume was at Universal, as well, and Dag's show (Angry Beavers) debuted in 1997.



I put 2001 on the Universal Parks and Resorts wiki page for Rocko (I was the one who created that page; I'm a staff member on that wiki.) If you have any memories of meeting Rocko, then please share them. He's a little-known part of Universal Orlando history.

Don't have any leads to contribute, but I think this thread is pretty interesting. I wonder if there could be a general "Obscure Universal Orlando meet & greet character" thread at some point to chronicle and acknowledge this sorta stuff.

I noticed the kid on the left of him's Hideki Irabu shirt. Upon looking him up, Irabu played for the Yankees from 1997-2002. I think this gives more info on when Rocko was round from. Of course, we don't know where the photo was taken; it might not even be Universal.

Apparently Ren & Stimpy were there, too.

This was post-John-K since he'd never let them be merchandised anywhere, especially in theme parks.
