Question about a free ticket

I receive a free ticket to go to universal for my birthday , but when I see the email no barcode comes up! Any ides why? and what should I do because i was playing on taking a friend saturday.

It looks like the image didn't download properly. If you can, try reloading the email and see if it pops up. You might even have to try another browser.

I called them and they told me to go to guest services and ask for a new one. Thank you Jon, you were right!
