Sansei Technology Acquires Vekoma

It has been announced today, that Sansei Internaional, located in Osaka, Japan, has acquired Vekoma Rides Manufacture for a undisclosed amount.

Sansei, is not a new face, as they own S&S, and have control of Arrow Development assets. Vekoma will not be having any effects, outside of that Vekoma will be branded under Sensei Technology.

Vekoma will be building trains and track for all the old Arrow coasters like Loch Ness Monster.

Vekoma has all but disappeared with new products in the states since their arraignment with Chance ended outside of the rebuild at Morey's Pier. I sense this is Sansei's idea of putting S&S into work in North America by being Vekomas fabricator over here in addition to their work. One note, remember Vekoma RMCS in Europe.
