Orlando Theme Park Quietly Charges Extra For Food to Help With "Increasing Costs"

One theme Park has recently added additional charges to certain items as a way to help fight "increasing operating costs".

Saw this from the new Fresh baked Video....adding a 5 percent surcharge instead of just raising prices. Not a fan of this

They are, but I believe it was discussed elsewhere. Both Busch parks are doing the same. The have been for months now.

This surcharge is terrible PR, so let's fix it by communicating it even more loudly instead of ending the policy :huh:

SeaWorld prices are out of hand, no wonder they add the 5% surcharge.

Talk all you want about Disney being expensive, but SeaWorld is the most expensive park to eat at in Orlando. Love the parks, but their business practices are the reason why I won't be renewing my AP (as of now).

How do they justify $12.99 prices for menu items during their festivals, when Epcot can sell it for $5? It's the same amount of food/drink.

Because they subsidize it EVERYWHERE else.
