Is it true that he receives 2% of UOR's annual revenue in perpituity?

Part of his consulting deal is to receive 2% of all ticket sales and a "portion" of concession sales. His original deal was for 30 years and accepted a delayed payment in 2009 (the dark days) till last year. Here's some reading.
