What exactly is USHs tripod policy?

I know you're not supposed to bring them but from time to time I see families in the park with them. Is it possible to get past security with them?

I couldn't find anywhere in the park rules where it said "No tripods allowed"

Can anybody clarify?

At UOR it depends on who is the on duty security head, but I don't know USH. Sorry.
