I really want to be interested in this movie, as I play the game and like warcraft, but these trailers don't look too hot imo and are really turning me off. Idk, just terrible editing for the trailer, and the cgi looks inconsistent. Some instances looks good, others it looks pretty bad imo. Though, to be fair, I think my biggest issue with the latest trailer is the terrible music lol. I want this movie to be good. Warcraft has a ton of interesting story lines to tell, but right now I'll wait to see what others think of it.
I'm hoping it is just terrible marketing, as even Duncan Jones (the director of the film) has commented and hinted to the fact that he isn't too thrilled with how the movie is being marketed. I've found a few posts on Reddit of people that have 'claimed' to have seen the movie in private screenings, and that the response in private screenings are overwhelmingly positive. I hope that is the case. If the movie is actually good, then whoever they are using to market this movie/ edit clips and trailers shouldn't be used again. Won't be too long to find out. It gets released in some regions in late May, so reviews should be coming in just a few weeks time. If it gets generally positive reviews, hell, even mixed reviews, ill go see it when it opens in the US.
