Where is the best fit for a jurassic Park/World expansion?

Out of USF, IOA, and a possible 3rd gate well ok Volcano Bay is 3rd park, so a 4th gate i thought would be more closer to the late 2020's am I correct? Basically what types of rides would we see you think in a new overhaul expansion of jurassic park land at IOA?
