Why Waterworld was never brought to Orlando?

Is there a specific reason? It almost doesn’t make sense to me. Especially when you see Fear Factor Live and the potential of what else could be there. Kinda crazy they haven’t brought it over or pushed Toon Lagoon back and place it in the Ampitheatre there and move the street games
