I've heard some things that make me more optimistic than I was 1-2 weeks ago, but until I see construction equipment I'm just going to assume that it's going to be ages before anything opens. I'm hoping they could flip Dinosaur into Indy by summer 2026 but that's probably wishful thinking.

I've heard that Disney knows they can't open a land with one ride (*looks at Ministry*) so they have three rides they'll want to open simultaneously - Indy overlay, Encanto, and the carousel. I think this is a summer 2027 addition. (Geeze a decade between additions and they removed two attractions. Woof DAK.)

Isn't it a net addition of one attraction though? And isn't one of the replacements also maximizing underutilized capacity?

Maybe I'm an Animal Kingdom apologist, but I think this will be a larger net benefit to the park than people think.

It will be a net addition over what's there currently.

Though I expect an Encanto dark ride to have a stronger pull/more appeal than Primeval Whirl, making it -- effectively -- a bit of an addition over even that.

The TVA thing is really cool and if only we had a place....like I don't know the Innoventions/Star War Launch Bay (Disneyland) building to put some of these cool photo ops and experiences after D23 was over.
