The IGN reivew is the best....saying its better then the last two but giving it a 6

I mean one...read the old review and see its lower and two if you think the third one is good and give it a 6/10 I don't think you like these movies

I thought the movie was okay. Definitely the best one of the trilogy (this and 1 are basically tied for me though, didn't care for 2) and my favorite of Jim Carrey's performances in this series. The mid-credits scene was probably my favorite part tho... so cool.

Great question, thankfully there's no real human side plot that has nothing to do with the actual story! So at least they listened and kept it sonic focused. The closest thing to it though is the Dr Robotnik stuff but I enjoyed that.

My experience with the first two films is that they have a really bad first half, and then a really good second. I’m expecting this to probably do about the same.

I think this film easily slots itself as the best of the series--though I think the middle kind of drags things down at a certain point.

The beginning 30 minutes and the ending 30 minutes are some of the best from any adapted game material. You can tell this was a film made out of love by fans; and I expect it to have legs from repeat visitors.

Also kind of love how gay this film is with Ivo and Stone's relationship. It's surprisingly blunt and straight forward when in consideration to what exactly the context is, and I hope to see the actor playing Stone get more great work.

Even though I'm old and knew next to nothing about Shadow (Sonic Adventure 1 on Dreamcast is the last main Sonic game I finished), this was definitely my favorite one out of the 3.

After a long series of mishaps, I finally got to see the movie last night… and it was peak. Easily the best of the three Sonic films, Jim Carrey pretty much didn’t miss once, the human stuff was just the right amount finally, Shadow was incredible, the changes from SA2 were all very well handled.

I loved that even though the story with the eclipse cannon went completely differently, they still managed to get the moon blown up and it was one of the funniest scenes in the movie lol. SA2 is one of my favorite games of all time and I can’t believe an adaptation like this exists. Nearly cried when they played Live and Learn
