I really got to admit, I was not excited about this attraction but after attending the Hard Hat tour yesterday I am very excited about this now. It is going to be a GREAT overlay to an old attraction.

The complete "manatee corner" is going to be turned into a higth traffic area by Turtle Trek, which is great. I totally agree with Disneyhead; Combined with Antartica and Manta this is such an amazing boost in quality for the park. Thnx for the updates OU

Despite the plastic over them, I am amazed the lights on the ground were installed prior to painting this arch. That isn't the best project management imo. The arch and relief silhouettes are very impressive however.

What I am curious about is “the unique, interactive retail experience”. In other words, what they are going to do, to keep the people in the shop as long as possible, to persuade them to purchase relevant merchandise.

The arch is beautiful, but I think I liked it more in a white / cream color.

I think they're using the blue to make it look as though the inset turtles are swimming up the arch and towards the building. A white or cream color would be nice, but the blue obviously works better to imply water.
