Yeah, that sounds about right. Mirrors can work wonders. In regards to the ceiling, I'm expecting them to be faithful to the image in the films (barrel-vaulted with oculus windows). That's one of the things that impressed me the most about Phase 1. They actually created architecturally interesting (and faithful) ceilings. It really blew me away how I could look way up in The DADA classroom or in The Three Broomsticks or in the FJ queue and still feel completely immersed in the world.

Hmm, how odd. This was the image posted earlier in comparison to the image removed. This won't make sense to some, but notice the square panels on each of the desks. One looks rectangular, and one looks like seperated squares, similar to the "leaked" image which had some discussion on this minor difference. Although it could just be my eyes failing me,

I think it's due to different camera lenses combined with the different angles each photo was taken from.

Full hall themed all around you with the queue switch backs right down the middle. It's impressive to say the least.

I seriously cannot wait to be standing in the middle of this hall while being glared at by irritated goblins!

Yep, they are definitely rectangular. Thank god for pause buttons and DVDs :) Also, your first pic shows a Gringotts guard in the background. It made me wonder if this is the uniform that cast members will wear. Or are they going to be dressed in banker attire? So many tiny details to obsess over. I love this part :)

Thanks! Those amateur pics of the extras give us a good idea of how the costumes read in person (as opposed to on a highly colour-graded film). I think they would look very fetching on the CMs.

Or Universal could really surprise us and hire little people to dress up in goblin prosthetics.

I noticed they have little bells on every desk, I really hope they don't put that in the queue, it will be the Everest bell x1000.

I don't think guests will be able to get that close.

Today would probably be a bad day to be hanging behind Nassal with a camera. :shifty:

Something else I noticed about those desks. In the movie each side has a long row of desks with a break in the middle. But in the construction pictures the desks are individual, as in they can't be connected together as in the movies. This plus the square design on the front leads me to believe these might be for something else in Gingotts.

That is somewhat surprising. If the hall is to be full length, then how many feet are we talking? Has that info passed your desk?

From end of entry foyer to head goblins desk roughly 105 ft in length give or take 5 ft. Mind you that's just the hall section where the Goblins are seen counting money in the films.
