Its funny to me how we can expect things to change ALMOST daily for these projects...yet we can wait MONTHS for any significant signs of progress down the road at WDW (aka Why's Disney Waiting?)

You think? I mean, maybe. Maybe they don't consider the Gardens as worthwhile as the rest, but it's just that they've just been so generous overall in their investments at the resort, it's just not something that comes to mind first. I'd think there's some sort of issue before anything else, but it could be budget also. Who knows :shrug:

It's usually budget related when a change is made this late in the process. I wouldn't think they're too concerned with the logistics of anything considering they already started building.

And despite the large influx of money being poured into the resort, you'll still see cuts being made to the individual projects. Just the nature of the beast. You just have to hope it isn't anything too obvious. coughtransformerscough

If anything, it's being retooled to make even more money. Remember, Duff Gardens is supposed to be a premium viewing area for CineSpec.

I could have sworn there was a law against flaming alcoholic beverages in the state. Not that I wouldn't love one. Maybe someone can confirm or deny who is more knowledgeable on drink laws.

Ive gotten a flaming drink at the Hard Rock Cafe at the Hollywood, FL Hard Rock hotel and Casino before. I was pretty good, a three layer shot type drink served in a martini glass.

In reference to this new rumor, I'm hearing no changes are being made other than dates of when the new fences go up to begin demo of the other half of the waterfront. Sorry I should of made it clearer. Anyways that's what I'm hearing.

That is great news that everything is still on track. Duff Gardens is my favorite aspect of this expansion. It would have been nice to have a more dynamic flat ride, but with JAWS now gone, this side of the park will need something that isn't too rider restrictive

Is anything happening to the retaining wall against the water? Rebuilt completely like the London side, or even re-themed?

Hopefully they'll take out that old red border on the wall, which looks very dated.

Isn't it brand new for Cinespec lasers? I have hated the design since day one. Flat rectangular single colored panels would look better than the lame sine waves.
