Any of the pathways on the lake in Islands of Adventure. The Popeye area on the lake side of Toon Lagoon is shady with some great breeze coming off the central lake.

I've actually never set foot inside the Starbucks since it switched to its new location. Back when it was inside Louie's I got drinks there all the time.
