I was in WDW earlier today...it makes me sick how quickly the Grand Floridian DVC has gone up but how long it's taking to build the Mine Train.

It's obvious where Disney's priorities are: not the parks.

^ I cannot believe the condo thing at Disney is allowed. Almost seems illegal, short of the fact that they tell you up front that you will never actually have ownership or resale value.

I was finally able to see this thing on Sunday. There is nothing redeeming about this "expansion" IMO. Granted, I haven't been inside Be Our Guest yet, and of course, the mine train is still under construction. So far though, not impressed.

Up until last year I know they were planning on having soft opens for the winter holiday season, but again that could have changed. See: New Fantasyland PR event in Dec but was opening in pieces in October.

That would be great and much needed during the holiday rush, but I just don't see it happening.

With all the land that they have, why did they not spread it out further? Everything is so close together. Some distance would make the area so much better.
